A Quote You Can Trust, and a Room Held While You Pay

When you choose, you get a quote: every line priced, the terms as they stand, the seller, and how long it's valid. The room is then held for you while you pay. If time runs out, it goes back on sale and nothing is charged.

MoMo, Approved on Your Own Phone

Choose your network and approve the prompt on your phone. If the network is slow, the page waits honestly and checks with the network, so you never pay twice. Cards are Visa and Mastercard; from abroad, international cards, and PayPal where the host accepts it, charged in your own currency and labelled as such.

A change is a new quote with the difference shown; your booking stands until you accept it. Before you cancel, you see what comes back, what's kept, where the money goes and how long it takes, under the terms you booked.

One Button When Something's Wrong

Locked gate, wrong room, no pickup: press Problem at Check-in on your trip. It opens a case with a named person at Agoo Travel who calls the host, keeps your booking and your money as they are while it's sorted, and finds you somewhere comparable if it can't be.

Good to Know

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. Once your dates and guests are set, the price is the whole stay with every mandatory charge. If a quote expires before you pay, you get a fresh one, and the price never changes without you seeing it.

When is my booking confirmed?

When your payment is verified and the host has accepted the booking, not when a page says thank you. Some hosts confirm by hand: you'll see a request with a firm answer time, and nothing is charged until they accept.

Will Agoo ever ask for my MoMo PIN?

Never. The approval prompt comes from your network on your own phone, and you enter your PIN there. Anyone asking for your PIN or a one-time code on our behalf is not us.

Can someone else pay, or stay?

Yes. The person booking, the people staying and the person paying can be different people, and each sees only what they need. A company paying for a room gets the invoice, not your private details.
